• By sharing your details on product enquiry section, you are agreeing to receive SMS and emails from propskapitara.com.
• All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees, INR.
• All products purchased from our store are for use as photography props only. Please do not leave baby unattended while using them.
• Due to the handmade nature of some of our props EXACT replicas are sometimes not possible.

SHIPPING-

• In case of RTS products, we dispatch orders within 24hours(except Sundays) of receiving payment. Made to order products are usually shipped within 4-5 working days.
• We ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure your details are correct and complete. If a parcel was undeliverable and returned to us, additional shipping will be charged.
• We do not offer International shipping. We currently ship pan India.

PRODUCT CARE-

Knit props- Our knitted props are lovingly hand made using quality materials. We recommend gentle hand-washing with mild wool wash. Do not agitate. Roll on a towel to squeeze out excess water (do not wring). Lay out flat to air dry in shade.
Fabric props- Our fabric backdrops and wraps are cut to size and the edges are not finished. We recommend gentle hand-washing. They should be air dried.
Furs- Kindly try to spot clean. If washing is absolutely necessary, we recommend gentle hand wash with a mild wool wash. Do not agitate. Rinse out in fresh water. Roll on a towel to squeeze out excess water. Lay down flat to air dry out of direct sunlight.
Flokati can be spot cleaned only.

NOTE ON COLOUR-
We try our best to match the colour of the actual items when photographing them. However, there may be slight variation from screen to screen and calibration software. We do not except returns or exchanges based on colour differences
