Q- When will you ship my product?
A- Packages are sent out after I receive payment.
Q- Can I come and pick up my order to save on shipping?
A- You surely can. Just let me know at least a day in advance.
Q- The newborn size I have fits an older baby?
A- Newborn size is made for babies up to 15 days. However, some hand knit clothing is stretchable and can fit an older baby too. It also depends on the baby. No two babies are the same.
Q- Why is my product different from the image?
A- Utmost care is taken to give you exactly what you asked for, but due to the handmade nature of some products, EXACT replicas are sometimes not possible.
